About Us...
The Crabb Pot was established in 2013 in the beautiful town of Looe, Cornwall. We spent 10 happy years in Higher Market Street, before moving to a new premises in the main street in 2023. Sadly, at the end of 2024, I had to close my doors on the shop due to various factors. I really didn't want to give up on what we had created over the years or on our fabulous customers and friends we made along the way. So... although there isn't a physical shop now, I have relaunched the website with a selection of our bestsellers. I hope to grow this collection as time goes on. Please do get in touch if you have seen something in our shop previously and I will be able to tell you if I can get it for you. I am so happy to continue our wonderful business and look forward to bringing you lots of joy with our beautiful and quirky gifts and interiors.

Do you have a physical store?
Sadly, we no longer have a physical store but we hope you enjoy our new website!
What are your delivery options?
We will post with either Royal Mail (1st Class) or a courier.
We aim to process and dispatch your order within 24 to 48 hours. Delivery is a flat rate fee of £4.50
We can also offer delivery to your home within Looe and the immediate area for a fee of £2.
You can arrange to pick up your order for free if you live locally.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, just select the pickup option and we'll let you know when your order is ready.
What is your returns policy?
If you have a problem with any product ordered from us, or are not happy for any reason, please get in contact with us at hello@thecrabbpotlooe.co.uk and we will be happy to discuss your options.
If returning an item, please make sure they are packaged securely. Retain post office receipt for proof of postage as we can only issue a refund once we have received the goods, in their original condition.
Any goods with manufacturing faults on arrival, will be replaced or refunded.
Please note: Many of our products are hand painted of finished, and although we try to offer an accurate description and likeness of colour etc, each item is unique and slight variations may occur. That's why we love them!
